Beautiful.

The Aarke Carbonator III elevates carbonated water to elite levels. It elevates your kitchen from an utilitarian workspace to an art gallery. It is a statement, a conversation starter, a work of art in both form and function. The newest from J-Branch, the Aarke Carbonator III.

Simple design, elegant colors, and high-quality materials, the Aarke Carbonator III is of a different ilk. There are several different finishes (Steel, White, Gold, Matte Black (pictured), Copper, and Black Chrome). The matte black was just the right finish for my kitchen.

Regal.

Its presentation imbues a sort of regal attention that lesser carbonation machines never even can imagine in their shadowy cupboards and drawers. The textured finish of the matte black has an industrial feel while maintaining its upscale appearance. They say the devil is in the detail, and the Carbonator III is quite the handsome devil indeed.

It also simply works. Just like my infrared goggles need to work under covert operation, and my cocktail shaker needs to keep my Hendricks chilled, so do my kitchen tools need to work. The Carbonator III works rather simply: load the CO2 cartridge into the unit, gently twist-in the supplied water vessel, and lightly press the lever down to carbonate the water. No buttons, no settings, no fancy lights, just a simple and elegant process to match a simply elegant device. When you lift off of the lever, the pressure releases with a satisfying pssst gently saying to you, “Your refreshment is ready, sir.”

Simple.

Sparkling water? Fixed. Need Tonic? Just add tonic syrup. Missing the spritz to your Aperol? Done. No more mundane hydration and no more unsightly carbonation devices in your kitchen. This is Hydration 3l3vat3d, this is the Aarke Carbonator III, a device that is far from flat.

Gin & Tonic with lime anyone?
